Senior Accountant

Job Functions:  

Financial statement and tax services to for profit entities, which includes:

  • Preparation of compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements
  • Knowledge of GAAP and ability to research accounting issues
  • Preparation of tax returns for S-corporations, C -Corporations, Partnerships, and individuals
  • Knowledge of tax law and ability to research various tax topics

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting
  • MS in an accounting discipline a plus
  • CPA designation, or actively engaged in achieving a plus
  • 2-7 years of recent experience
  • Must be authorized to work in US.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Auditor

not-for-profit / governmental entities

Job Functions:  

Plan and perform operational and financial audits of various not-for-profit and governmental clients, which includes:

  • Testing of internal controls
  • Preparation of workpapers and audit programs
  • Communication of issues
  • Preparation of client letters and financial statements
  • Preparation of Form 990 tax returns, state cost reports, and other filings

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting / related field
  • Audit experience helpful
  • Solid experience in QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license qualfied or pursuing qualification preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in US.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
