Phillip K. Whittemore, CPA - Founding Partner
Phil serves the accounting and tax needs of Queensbury through expert business management consulting. Whether a client of WDR is looking to acquire a new company or needs a succession plan for an existing one, he offers the insight necessary to help owners in the construction, hospitality, and real estate fields prosper.
Phil received his certified public accountant designation in 1983. He has been a member of the AICPA and NYSCPA for over forty years and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the local YMCA chapter.
Paul is the specialist in non-public company audit work at Whittemore, Dowen & Ricciardelli, LLP. His dedication to quality reflects WDR’s dedication to top-quality client care. He offers auditing, accounting, business taxation, and accounting support.
Paul became a CPA in 1983 and is considered a top expert in company financial management. He has taught classes at SUNY Adirondack and hosts seminars on how to grow your own business.
Since receiving his certification and Juris Doctorate in 1995, Bob has been a provider of income tax planning and preparation. He has been involved with the preparation of thousands of income and corporate tax returns, and he applies that experience to help WDR’s clients navigate tax season effectively. He understands the unique challenges of taxation for medical and dental practitioners, hospitality and entertainment businesses, real estate agents, and high-net-worth individuals. However, all are welcome to come to him for their tax needs.
Tim is Whittemore, Dowen & Ricciardelli, LLP’s expert in tax audit representation, collection enforcement, delinquent filings, and other tax problem solutions. His additional areas of focus include reorganization, start-ups, and consulting for businesses.
Tim became a CPA in 1976. His diverse experience with companies in multiple settings, including time spent as a chief financial officer, enables him to give the guidance that helps clients overcome tax and operational challenges.
Colin specializes in audits and fraud examination engagements. His expertise allows WDR to provide financial statement audits for not-for-profit organizations, governments at the village and county levels, and employee benefits plans. His skills are comprehensive and can serve all manner of unique situations.
Colin received his CPA designation in 2005 and his certified fraud examiner designation in 2008. With over a decade of experience, he is able to offer impeccable support.
Having been a CFP since 2004 and a CPA since 2000, Dale helps small business owners, high net-worth individuals, and more with all manner of strategic financial decision making. His expert-level services include financial planning, personal tax planning, retirement planning, and trust and estate planning. Whether helping beneficiaries navigate a difficult time or making sure parents can send their children to college, he listens to each client’s individual needs and helps them secure a better financial future for their families.
